Fitbakes is an award-winning low sugar, high protein snack brand on a mission to help people eat healthier without sacrificing taste. With over 1 million cakes sold through their Shopify store and a presence in major UK retailers like Tesco, Selfridges and Co-op, Fitbakes continues to gain momentum as a leader in guilt-free indulgence.

The Objective

Following a successful funding round that exceeded 230% of its target, Fitbakes sought to expand its direct-to-consumer reach via paid advertising. The focus was on scaling efficiently across Google, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest while improving conversion rates and maintaining strong ROAS across platforms.
